  • We are not responsible for unused space or any charges as a result of such.

  • We are not responsible for Fedex claims. If you chooses Fedex as a ship method and the product boxes are damaged, left at a door/in rain/snow/sleet/hail, arrived late, etc etc, you need to call Fedex yourself and file a claim with them. We strongly advise shipping LTL.

  • Yes we do, just give us a few days to get phytos for you.

  • Yes, just speak with your account manager and they will be glad to assist you with this.

  • We want you to have a great experience with our product so that you make us your vendor of choice. We offer a 48 hour after receipt window for claims of shortages, errors, and plant health/quality problems. If you discover any issues on receipt of your order, contact your account manager immediately. After forty eight hours of receipt, our guarantee of the plant material expires.
    Please document any issues with photos: include all plant material you are claiming, credits will be issued on photographic evidence.  We do not credit flowering material. Accounts must be current, in good standing position for any returns, credits or exchanges to be accepted.

  • First, inspect all boxes, trays, or racks for shipping damage. Remove any bad leafs and let the plants flush out. We recommend that you allow 3-5 days for the plants to recover from shipping. Water as needed.

  • All orders are shipped from our greenhouses in Apopka, FL via customer pickup, FedEx or common Carrier. We ship year-round to all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico and the Virgin islands.  

  • Yes, for a nominal fee, we can print and place them on your product.

  • Orders are packed as follows;

    2”-90-100 per tray.

    3" - 56 per tray.

    4" - 30 per tray.

    6" - 12 per tray.

    8"- loose or 6 per box.

    10”- loose or 4 per box.

    Any pots above 10” are shipped loose. We can box any order at your request, a nominal charge will apply.

  • We have a minimum of 1 case for customer pickups.  If you are shipping via common carrier please discuss minimums with your carrier.  

  • We are currently not offering 30 day terms.

  • We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You must complete a credit card authorization form before we charge your order.

  • A full price list is available from your account manager. 

  • Hoya Premium assorted includes Hoya Compacta or Hindu Rope. Hoya Exotic has Hoya Compacta Green and Hoya Compacta variegated. Hoya Assorted has neither.

  • Yes you can, as long as is done no later than 48 hours in advance, otherwise there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. We don’t like to do this but we put a lot of effort in pulling, ordering from vendors, and packing your order, not to mention how frustrating it is.

  • The map at the bottom of the page will show you in what zone you belong and what type of plant will grow best in your garden. Ask your garden center for advice of what you should plant.

  • All trucking companies require a minimum of space used on their trucks per delivery. In most cases that minimum is 150 cubic feet of space. Shipments made to remote areas may demand 300 to 400 cubic feet of space or more. To determine the cube of each box just multiply the width by the length by the height and divide by 1728. (W x L x H)/1728 This will give you the total box cubes.

  • Nurseries in Florida spray weekly, and so do we. This is a never ending situation for anyone growing plants in an uncontrolled environment. Most pest are easily controlled at the Garden Center with a solution of Dawn soap or alcohol. A bug in a plant does not mean that the whole case is infected. Separate the plants and treat. You will find its easy to solve the problem. If not give a call and we will advice you on how to proceed.

  • Once the order is processed and no time is specified, orders can generally be pickup after 3.00pm the following day.
